Hello people, my name is Jack Ramage, I’m a 20 y/o unabashedly goofy student from Edinburgh and welcome to my website. A place for me to ramble, rant and share my thoughts on a variety of topics. From media to tech to travel to anything really, the only thing you can count on is for me to be consistently inconsistent. This website was completely designed by me (sorry web designers) to share my perceptions and thoughts on the world around me and to write about all the things I love, cause life sometimes can be contained in a caption. I’ve always had a strong passion for writing but during the pandemic I started writing more and more and thought why not share some of my ramblings with the Internet.
Thanks to Miss Rona my already unhealthy intake of films and TV got worse, or better depending on how you view. So I started a personal brand called Found in Frames, a place where I could make use of all the content I’d been consuming. So I started a Youtube channel focused on video essays and appreciating the things we watch on a deeper level.
Anyways introductions are awkward so here’s some quick facts about me so you can get to know me better…

Talents – Being the most competitive person in the room, able to trip over stuff even when nothing’s there, a mickey mouse impression and Settlers of Catan
Interests – Writing, reading, music, binge-watching, photography, film-making, travel, science, tech and running (depending on the month)
Favourite Films – Honestly it changes all the time but consistently up there is Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Parasite, La La Land, Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse, Black Swan and Avengers: Endgame (don’t come at me I can and have defended this as being ART)
Favourite TV Shows – In this order: Westworld, Euphoria, Parks and Recreation, Succession and WandaVision
Favourite Music Artists – Childish Gambino, Glass Animals, alt-J, Anderson .Paak, Kendrick Lamar, Fleetwood Mac, SZA, Labrinth, BROCKHAMPTON, Ramin Djawadi, H.E.R, Frank Ocean, Daniel Caesar and Olivia Rodrigo cause Sour slaps
Favourite Food and Drink – Anything edible and drinkable, put food and drink in front of me and I will consume it, if I had to choose I love Spaghetti Carbonara and Fanta Pineapple
Favourite Books – Lord of the Flies, The Book Thief, Notes on a Nervous Planet, Call Me By Your Name and The Percy Jackson Books (Yes they’re still great)
